We Have a Baby on Board! :)
The last couple of weeks have been crazy beautiful. After two pregnancy tests at home, a blood serum pregnancy test and my very first visit to my OB, it was finally confirmed. We’re having a baby! :)
We were so excited, I took my first test in the eve of the very first day I was delayed, that was a Wednesday. There it was, that faint second line. The next morning I took my second test and we got the same result. That following Saturday, we went to the laboratory to have my blood test, and that’s when we officially confirmed that I am actually pregnant. We scheduled my first visit with my OB and that’s when we saw our baby for the very first time. He/She was 4 weeks and 2 days that time. :)

I’ve probably expressed how much I adore Metrophoto. Even before Mr. T and I became engaged, we were avid supporters already. So imagine how we felt the day we finally got to work with them on our engagement shoot. And then months later, our wedding.
We already knew that Oly and the team would do an amazing job at our wedding, definitely no doubt about that. But when we finally saw our wedding photos, we were still surprised at how beautiful they turned out. I guess I’ve already said so many things about Metrophoto all around the www.

Took me long enough to come up with a review for Niko. Here’s me trying to make the delay worth it. :)
Like any other bride, I had a lot of design ideas for my wedding gown. So many that when you put them together, it can pass for a crazy cirque-de-soleil-inspired gown. And I also dreamt of one designed by one of our country’s known bridal gown designer. Her rates were just not within our budget so I just spent hours searching and staring at all her wedding gowns I came across the web and saved them all to my ‘Bridal Gown Peg’ folder. Then it was time for me to find my designer. Talk about the perfect timing and good research, as I was looking, I found out a young talented designer decided to make his own name in the wedding industry - Niko Hernandez.

While it might still be a little too early, I’m blogging about our video team anyways.
PTV Cinema is led by the husband and wife tandem of Bim (Phoeben) and Gen. On our wedding day, they were one of the suppliers who arrived early. As what I can vaguely recall, the team worked quietly and with ease while capturing our special moments all throughout that day. Despite the fact that we only met up once before the wedding, the vibe was just relaxed and very natural. They knew exactly what they want to capture and put everything together to come up with an awesome same-day-edit. Mr. T and I could not stop talking about our SDE even up to now. We loved it so much that for two weeks after the wedding, we watched it every night before going to sleep. :)

And this is just almost five minutes of that one very special day. We just can’t wait to watch and be reminded of how much of a beautiful day our wedding was. ♥

Supplier | Events Experts
Mr. T and I were both hands-on from the very beginning of our wedding preps till the morning of our wedding. :D Only till the morning, you might ask why? Because we had angels who came in that day - our Events Experts team.
Events Experts is a team of events coordinator led by Jody Liwanag. But unfortunately, Jody was not available on our wedding day but she promised that it’s not an issue and assured us that the team will still be at their best even without her, that’s when we met Cindy and AA. :)
The morning of our wedding, one or two suppliers came earlier than Events Expert (just as scheduled), I panicked a little because I didn’t know what to do. The once spacious bridal suite started to become crowded and chaotic. Then a few minutes later, Cindy and the girls arrived. A HUGE sigh of relief came to me as I watched them take over the whole suite. During our meetings, Cindy and AA would always tell me, ‘Dapat relaxed ka na and let everything go. We’ll take care of everything.’ I didn’t listen to them. Hahahah! It was a hard thing to do for someone so OC like me. I have to have control of everything that way I’ll know all the details. I didn’t let go, till that very moment when I saw the girls came in the suite. I took a deep breath and turned everything over to the team. And that was the start of the great things that happened on our wedding day.
We breezed our way through the day - from makeup, dressup, shoot, ceremony, traffic, reception and all. Of course there’s no perfect wedding, we had issues (Hi Cindy, wink! wink!) but nothing major. I’m trying to recall a moment when I felt stressed or worried but nothing comes to my mind. Either the team was that efficient or they never told us if there’s any. Hahah!
AA did such a wonderful job with our reception setup. I was a little worried with our DIY projects, we’re not sure how they’d look like when put together but when we saw what the team did with them, we were so happy. What I loved most was the setup they did for the registration, the photobooth and our wedding tree.
We were so high with all the wedding energies that we forgot to have a picture with them. :( This is our only group photo. Only shows that we had so much fun! :)
We are sooo thankful for Events Experts. I don’t think we would’ve enjoyed our wedding as much as we did if they were not around. They took care of everything, especially me and Mr. T. They made sure we had everything we needed and we’re at our happiest. To Jody, and to our team, our deepest gratitude to you all. <3

Supplier | Angel Manhilot
This is not the first time I’m blogging about Angel because I’ve mentioned her name a few times already when I posted our engagement shoot some time last year. :)
We met her a year or two ago, when we had an org model shoot before and she was our HMUA. Then a couple more shoots later then came our wedding. :) I actually tried scouting for other HMUAs but my choice would always go back to Angel. :)
While she already did an awesome job during our prenup, our wedding was no different. She did my makeup, the two moms and my two sisters. My sisters and I could not stop gushing over our makeup even till after the wedding. After the wedding, I chatted with my eldest sister till around 4 in the morning and we would stop every once one in while and comment on each other’s eye makeup, “Grabe, buo pa makeup mo!”. :)
